These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the One World Printing website, products and services. Please read them carefully. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the One World Printing website and services. By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
One World Printing is part of the One World Group, a specialist global events technology business. References to “One World Printing”, “we”, “our” or “us” refer to the relevant contracting entity within the One World Group.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of our website and services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or services.
2.Services Provided
One World Printing provides professional print production and fulfilment services for the events industry, including but not limited to:
- Event badge printing (blank, pre-printed, thermal and inkjet)
- Fanfolded and roll badge stock supply
- Label printing and label stock supply
- RFID and NFC event consumables
- Asset label printing
- Print fulfilment and production management
- Worldwide logistics and delivery
- Event-related printing solutions and consumables
The scope of services provided in any given engagement will be as agreed between the parties in writing.
3.Quotations & Orders
Quotations
- All quotations are indicative and subject to change until confirmed in writing
- Quotations are valid for the period stated or, if no period is stated, for 14 days from the date of issue
- Final pricing may vary based on confirmed specifications, quantities and delivery requirements
Order Confirmation
- Orders are only confirmed once accepted in writing by One World Printing
- Customers are responsible for checking all specifications, quantities and artwork before confirming an order
- Production will not commence until written approval and, where applicable, payment or deposit has been received
Turnaround & Delivery
- All turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to shipping carrier delays, customs clearance or other matters outside our control
- Rush or expedited orders may incur additional production and logistics fees
- One World Printing shall not be liable for losses arising from delivery delays unless caused by our direct negligence
4.Artwork & Customer Responsibility
This section sets out important responsibilities for customers submitting artwork, designs and print specifications.
Customer Obligations
- The customer is solely responsible for proofreading all artwork, text, names and content prior to submission
- Approval of artwork or print proofs by the customer constitutes acceptance of the content in its approved form
- One World Printing shall not be liable for spelling errors, design errors, incorrect content or colour variations in materials approved by the customer
- The customer warrants that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licences and permissions to submit and reproduce all artwork, logos, images and content
Artwork Standards
- Artwork should be supplied in the agreed format (PDF, AI or EPS) at a minimum of 300dpi
- Bleed and safe zones should be applied in accordance with our specifications
- One World Printing reserves the right to request revised artwork if supplied files do not meet production requirements
One World Printing accepts no liability for production errors arising from customer-supplied artwork that has been approved by the customer.
5.Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
- All website content, branding, logos, photography, text, graphics and design elements are the property of One World Printing or its licensors
- No content from this website may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission
Customer Intellectual Property
- Customers retain ownership of all artwork and intellectual property submitted to One World Printing
- By submitting artwork or files, the customer grants One World Printing a limited, non-exclusive licence to use such materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling the relevant order
- One World Printing will not use customer artwork for any other purpose without express written permission
6.Payment Terms
Payment
- Payment terms will be as specified in the relevant quotation or invoice
- One World Printing reserves the right to require full or partial payment in advance for new customers or large orders
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of order
Taxes & Duties
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, VAT and import duties unless otherwise stated
- International customers are responsible for all local import duties, customs fees, taxes and applicable charges unless otherwise agreed in writing
- One World Printing shall not be liable for delays or additional costs arising from customs clearance processes
Late Payment
- One World Printing reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with applicable law
- We reserve the right to suspend services or withhold delivery for customers with overdue balances
7.Shipping & Delivery
- All delivery dates and timeframes provided are estimates only and are not contractually guaranteed
- Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated delivery address or courier collection point, as applicable
- One World Printing shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or other third parties outside our reasonable control
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. One World Printing accepts no liability for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect delivery details
- Customers should inspect all deliveries upon receipt and notify One World Printing of any visible damage or discrepancy within the timeframes specified in Section 8
8.Returns, Refunds & Claims
Claims Process
- Any claims relating to damaged, defective or incorrect goods must be submitted in writing within 3–7 days of receipt
- Claims submitted outside this window may not be accepted
- Supporting evidence (photographs, order details) should be provided with any claim
Custom Printed Items
- Custom printed and personalised items are generally non-refundable unless they are defective or materially differ from the approved specification
- Minor colour variations between on-screen proofs and printed output are inherent in the printing process and are acceptable within industry-standard tolerances
- Printed colours may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to production methods, materials and printer profiles
Where a valid claim is accepted, our liability is limited to replacement of the affected goods or a credit toward future orders, at our discretion.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- One World Printing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or products
- We shall not be liable for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of contracts, loss of data or any event disruption claims howsoever arising
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Customers whose events are time-critical are strongly advised to order with appropriate lead time and contingency stock. One World Printing shall not be responsible for losses arising from event-critical delivery failures caused by third parties, customs delays or force majeure events.
10.Force Majeure
One World Printing shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Shipping and logistics disruption
- Pandemics, epidemics or public health emergencies
- Industrial action or strikes
- Severe weather events
- Customs or border restrictions
- Government restrictions, regulations or actions
- Natural disasters
- Civil unrest or war
In the event of a force majeure, we will notify affected customers as soon as reasonably practicable and will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.
11.Website Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. The following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Unauthorised access to or interference with website systems or servers
- Hacking, scraping or automated data extraction
- Reverse engineering any aspect of the website
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses or harmful content
- Copying, reproducing or redistributing website content without authorisation
- Any activity that disrupts or interferes with the performance of the website
One World Printing reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website for any user who breaches these provisions.
12.Privacy & Data Protection
The collection, use and processing of personal information by One World Printing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using our website and services, you consent to the processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
13.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the contracting One World Group entity, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
In the absence of a specific governing law agreement, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
For customers contracting with entities in other jurisdictions, local mandatory consumer and commercial protections may apply.
14.Modifications
One World Printing reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
15.Event-Specific Provisions
Event Critical Deadlines
Customers are responsible for providing final approved artwork and confirmed specifications within agreed production timelines. One World Printing shall not be liable for late delivery where production was delayed due to late artwork submission or approval by the customer.
Onsite Event Risks
One World Printing shall not be responsible for losses arising from venue restrictions, onsite operational issues, third-party registration systems, event organiser changes or attendee management decisions.
Colour Variations
Printed colours may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to production methods, printing processes and materials. Such variations are inherent in print production and shall not constitute a defect or grounds for a claim.
